Convenient design with reduced opening neck, hanging racks, and high vacuum insulation provide extremely low vapor temperatures of –185 °C (–301 °F) or colder using only a few inches of LN₂.

CryoRetriever claw-style tool is specifically designed for retrieving boxes, vials, and frames from cryopreservation tanks. Exclusive sealed center shaft prevents hazardous spurting of LN₂ that can occur with a hollow shaft retrieval claw.

Typically requires less than one LN₂ supply cylinder per month. Easy-to-use controller features digital temperature display, audible and visual low level alarms, low supply and high tank temperature alarms and remote alarm contacts. Unit is mounted on 5 wheeled caster platform and includes a locking provision. Under factor setting, 90% of sample capacity is in vapor phase storage.

Cryostorage unit only includes seven stainless steel hanging racks. Each rack has a capacity of 10 boxes (not included). Package systems include cryostorage unit, full inventory system (stainless steel hanging racks, 100-cell boxes, and box dividers), 1.8 m (6') stainless steel transfer hose, liquid level measuring stick, and a pair of cryo-gloves.
