Used as the final stage in dehydration for processing tissue especially in electron microscopy.Prior to shipment of unit sizes of Reagent Alcohol over 4L, a letterhead application approved by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms (ATF) must be on file
- Total alcohol: ~100%
- Ethyl alcohol: 89-92%
- Denaturant: 4-6% methyl alcohol and 4-6% 2-propanol
