LumiGLO Peroxidase Chemiluminescent substrate is an all-purpose, luminol-based substrate designed for the rapid and sensitive detection of peroxidase labeled-conjugates in Western blotting and ELISA

It enables low-picogram detection and increased sensitivity over colorimetric substrates in both applications. In blotting applications, permanent results are recorded on X-ray film. Long signal duration allows for multiple stripping and reprobing of blots. In ELISA, positive reactions are read and rapidly detected using a luminometer.

It is supplied as a 2-component, mix and use solution.
