Potato Dextrose Agar is composed of 4.0gm Potato Infusion, 20.0gm Dextrose, and 15.0gm Agar with a pH (@25°C) of 5.6 ± 0.2. To prepare, mix 39.0gm of the medium in 1L of purified water until evenly dispersed. Heat with repeated stirring and boil for 1 minute to dissolve completely.
