Description:
Yeast Extract Powder is a vacuum-dried extract concentrate of Baker's yeast containing the B-complex factors of approximately three times the weight of ordinary dry yeast. This product is a vacuum dried autolyzed yeast extract produced from 100% Baker's yeast. It is a concentrated source of soluble protein components, carbohydrates, and B Complex vitamins natural to yeast. Water soluble portion of autolyzed yeast with intact B-complex vitamins. Yeast extract is a mixture of amino acids, peptides, water soluble vitamins and carbohydrates and can be used as additive for culture media.
Yeast Extract Powder is a highly nutritive medium recommended for plate count of microorganisms in water. It is used as a bacteriological media component for a variety of microorganisms and molecular genetics applications. Also suitable for alternative to beef extract.

Description:
Gliadin is a glycoprotein that, along with glutenin, plays a role in the formation of gluten, an ergastic amorphous mixture of proteins found in wheat, rye, and barley. Gluten is responsible for the elasticity of kneaded dough, which allows it to be leavened. Gliadin is approximately 60% soluble in ethanol and contains only intramolecule disulfide links. Gliadin is also found in a variety of foods as well as in beer, along with the glycoprotein Hordein. Induction of zonulin release in intestinal epithelial cells is triggered by Gliadin. This causes an activation of the zonulin pathway by PKC mediated cytoskeleton reorganization and tight junction opening leads to a rapid increase in intestinal permeability to macromolecules. Individuals with disorders such as celiac disease or Crohn's disease are sensitive to Gliadin since they lack the enzyme necessary for its digestion and can not tolerate it in their diet.

Description:
NR1I2 belongs to the nuclear receptor superfamily, members of which are transcription factors characterized by a ligand-binding domain and a DNA-binding domain. NR1I2 contains a zinc finger domain.NR1I2 is a transcriptional regulator of the cytochrome P450 gene CYP3A4, binding to the response element of the CYP3A4 promoter as a heterodimer with the 9-cis retinoic acid receptor RXR. It is activated by a range of compounds that induce CYP3A4, including dexamethasone and rifampicin. NR1I2 belongs to the nuclear receptor superfamily, members of which are transcription factors characterized by a ligand-binding domain and a DNA-binding domain. The gene product belongs to the nuclear receptor superfamily, members of which are transcription factors characterized by a ligand-binding domain and a DNA-binding domain. The encoded protein is a transcriptional regulator of the cytochrome P450 gene CYP3A4, binding to the response element of the CYP3A4 promoter as a heterodimer with the 9-cis retinoic acid receptor RXR. It is activated by a range of compounds that induce CYP3A4, including dexamethasone and rifampicin. The gene product contains a zinc finger domain. Three alternatively spliced transcripts that encode different isoforms have been described, one of which encodes two products through the use of alternative translation initiation codons. Additional transcript variants derived from alternative promoter usage, alternative splicing, and/or alternative polyadenylation exist, but they have not been fully described.
