Supplier:  AFG BIOSCIENCE LLC
Description:   Human hs Ab1-42 (high sensitivity Amyloid Beta Peptide 1-42) ELISA Kit

Supplier:  Bioss
Description:   In eukaryotes, the phosphorylation and dephosphorylation of proteins on serine and threonine residues is an essential means of regulating a broad range of cellular functions, including division, homeostasis and apoptosis. A group of proteins that are intimately involved in this process are the protein phosphatases. In general, the protein phosphatase (PP) holoenzyme is a trimeric complex composed of a regulatory subunit, a variable subunit, and a catalytic subunit. Four major families of protein phosphatase catalytic subunits have been identified, designated PP1, PP2A, PP2B (calcineurin) and PP2C. An additional protein phosphatase catalytic subunit, PPX (also known as PP4) is a putative member of a novel PP family. The PP2A family comprises subfamily members PP2A Alpha and PP2A Beta. The PP2A catalytic subunit associates with a variety of regulatory subunits. Regulatory subunits include PP2A-A-Alpha and -A-Beta, PP2A-B-Alpha and -B-Beta, PP2A-C-Alpha and -C-Beta, PP2A-B56-Alpha, -B56-Beta, -B56-gamma and -B56-Delta.

Supplier:  Bioss
Description:   Facilitative glucose transporter. This isoform likely mediates the bidirectional transfer of glucose across the plasma membrane of hepatocytes and is responsible for uptake of glucose by the beta cells; may comprise part of the glucose-sensing mechanism of the beta cell. May also participate with the Na(+)/glucose cotransporter in the transcellular transport of glucose in the small intestine and kidney.
Catalog Number: (80500-030)

Supplier:  MilliporeSigma
Description:   Synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1–42 of the processed human amyloid peptide. Supplied in a form that is not neurotoxic prior to preincubation. The level of toxicity has recently been shown to correlate to the extent of beta sheet structure. Reconstitute with degassed HPLC grade deionized water.

Supplier:  Bioss
Description:   Betacellulin (BTC), a member of the epidermal growth factor (EGF) family, was originally identified as a growth-promoting factor in the conditioned medium of a mouse pancreatic-cell carcinoma (insulinoma) cell line and has since been identified in humans. BTC is synthesized as a large transmembrane precursor molecule that can be cleaved proteolytically to release the soluble form of BTC or function as membrane-anchored growth factors in juxtacrine signaling. BTC, in addition to stimulating homodimers of ErbB-1 and ErbB-4, is capable of binding and activating all possible combinations of heterodimeric ErbB receptors including the oncogenic ErbB-2/ErbB-3 complex. BTC is also expressed in some human malignancies and may have an important role in tumor growth progression.

Supplier:  Bioss
Description:   Inhibitor of the Wnt signaling pathway. Down-regulates beta-catenin. Probably facilitate the phosphorylation of beta-catenin and APC by GSK3B (By similarity).
Supplier:  ANTIBODIES.COM LLC
Description:   Mouse monoclonal [TUBB3/3731] antibody to beta III Tubulin for IHC-P with samples derived from Human.
Supplier:  Bioss
Description:   Phospholipase C is a key enzyme in phosphatidylinositol (PIP2) metabolism and lipid signaling pathways. The Phospholipase C family consists of 13 isozymes split between six subfamilies. Phospholipase C beta is activated by G protein subunits.
Supplier:  ANTIBODIES.COM LLC
Description:   Rabbit monoclonal [ARC0251] antibody to GSK3 beta for WB, IHC and ICC/IF with samples derived from Human, Mouse and Rat.

Supplier:  Adipogen
Description:   Human CD79b is the B cell antigen receptor Ig beta chain (BCR-Ig beta) which associates with B cell antigen receptor Ig alpha chain to form a functional heterodimer that interacts with membrane immunoglobulin (mIg) (3). The mIgM component binds antigen and the Ig alpha/Ig beta heterodimer transduces signals. Analysis of CD79b expression is useful in diagnosis of B cell lymphoproliferative disorders.

Supplier:  Biotium
Description:   This MAb reacts with a protein of 22 kDa, identified as beta sub-unit of FSH. It does not cross react with the alpha sub-unit. Follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) is a hormone synthesized and secreted by gonadotrophs in the anterior pituitary gland. In the ovary, FSH stimulates the growth of immature Graafian follicles to maturation. As the follicle grows, it releases inhibin, which deactivates the FSH production. In men, FSH enhances the production of androgen-binding protein by the Sertoli cells of the testis and is critical for spermatogenesis. FSH and LH act synergistically in reproduction. FSH is a useful marker in the classification of pituitary tumors and the study of pituitary disease.

CF® dyes are Biotium's next-generation fluorescent dyes. CF®647 is a far-red fluorescent dye (Ex/Em 650/665 nm) with excellent brightness. It also is compatible with super-resolution imaging by STORM.
