Supplier:  Enzo Life Sciences
Description:   Lysosome-associated membrane proteins (LAMP1 and LAMP2) are type I integral membrane protein that are transported from the trans-Golgi network to endosomes and then lysosomes. Following activation of platelets, T-cells, neutrophils, or endothelium, LAMP1 and LAMP2 are expressed on the cell surface. Cell surface LAMP1 and LAMP2 have been shown to promote adhesion of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) to vascular endothelium, and loss of LAMP2 expression is associated with impaired autophagy observed in Danons disease.

Supplier:  Bioss
Description:   Contactin 2 is a neuronal cell adhesion molecule (CAM) that influences the formation of axon connections in the developing nervous system. Contactin 2 is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily (IgSF) and contains a glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchor, six immunogobulin (Ig)-like and four Fibronectin type III (FNIII)-like domains. Contactin 2 is expressed predominantly during neural development on the cell membrane of axons in nerve fiber tracts in order to guide commissural axons without promoting their growth. Contactin 2 binds with NgCAM in the plane of the same membrane (cis-binding). The Contactin 2 heterophilic (Contactin 2/NgCAM and Contactin 2/NrCAM) binding sites are localized to the first four Ig domains. The Contactin 2 homophilic (Contactin 2/Contactin 2) binding site is localized to the FNIII domain.
Supplier:  AMBEED, INC
Description:   9-Octadecenoicacid(E)-,2,3-dihydroxypropylester, Purity: 97+%, CAS Number: 2716-53-2, Appearance: Solid, Storage: Sealed in dry, Room Temperature, Size: 100mg

Supplier:  Rockland Immunochemical
Description:   Anti-LMW Host Cell Proteins Antibody recognizes low molecular weight protein fractions from E.coli. This antibody has been anlyzed by 2D electrophoresis western blot to assure highest possible coverage of E.coli HCP. Host Cell Proteins are process-related impurities derived from a host cell expression system that may be present in trace amounts in a final drug substance. HCP Antibodies are used to detect impurities in biologically-based therapeutics. Detecting impurities often unseen by 1-D electrophoresis, a 2D electrophoresis western blot analysis delivers more complete insight into the immunocoverage of protein components of the host cell lysate.
Supplier:  Matrix Scientific
Description:   Matrix Scientific Part Number: 057312-1G , MDL Number: MFCD11111251
Supplier:  Cell Biolabs
Description:   Cell Biolabs’ OxiSelect™ Nitric Oxide (Nitrite/Nitrate) Assay Kit is a simple, colorimetric assay that quantitatively measures NO in various samples by NO2-/NO3- determination.  First, the nitrate (NO3-) in the sample is converted to nitrite (NO2-) by nitrate reductase enzyme.  Next, total nitrite is detected with Griess Reagents as a dye product.  Kits are available with either colorimetric or fluorometric detection.

Supplier:  Bioss
Description:   Binds to regulatory subunit (RII) of protein kinase A. May be involved in establishing polarity in signaling systems or in integrating PKA-RII isoforms with downstream effectors to capture, amplify and focus diffuse, trans-cellular signals carried by cAMP (By similarity).
Supplier:  Southern Biotechnology
Description:   CD4 is a 55 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein and a member of the Ig-SF of cell surface receptors. It is expressed predominantly on the “helper/inducer” subpopulation of mature T lymphocytes and on monocytes and macrophages. Domains 1 and 2 bind to MHC Class II antigens, while domains 3 and 4 may be involved in cis interactions with the CD3/TCR complex. CD4 functions as an accessory molecule in the recognition of foreign antigens in association with MHC class II antigens by T cells.
Supplier:  TCI America
Description:   (1R,2R)-2-Aminocyclopentanol Hydrochloride, Purity: >98.0%(T), CAS number: 68327-11-7, MF: C5H11NO.HCl, MW: 137.61, Synonyms: (1R,2R)-2-Amino-1-hydroxycyclopentane Hydrochloride, Form: Crystal - Powder, White - Very pale reddish yellow, Size: 5G

Supplier:  Bioss
Description:   ICAM proteins are ligands for the leukocyte adhesion protein LFA-1 (integrin alpha-L/beta-2). During leukocyte trans-endothelial migration, ICAM1 engagement promotes the assembly of endothelial apical cups through ARHGEF26/SGEF and RHOG activation. In case of rhinovirus infection acts as a cellular receptor for the virus.
Supplier:  Bioss
Description:   Acts as component of the EARP complex that is involved in endocytic recycling. The EARP complex associates with Rab4-positive endosomes and promotes recycling of internalized transferrin receptor (TFRC) to the plasma membrane. Within the EARP complex, required to tether the complex to recycling endosomes. Not involved in retrograde transport from early and late endosomes to the trans-Golgi network (TGN).
Supplier:  Thermo Scientific Chemicals
Description:   D-erythro-Sphingosine is used to inhibit protein kinase C and calmodulin-dependent enzymes, induces apoptosis. And also used to constituent of cell membranes.

Supplier:  Bioss
Description:   Involved in autophagy and cytoplasm to vacuole transport (Cvt) vesicle formation. Plays a key role in the organization of the preautophagosomal structure/phagophore assembly site (PAS), the nucleating site for formation of the sequestering vesicle. Cycles between a juxta-nuclear trans-Golgi network compartment and late endosomes. Nutrient starvation induces accumulation on autophagosomes. Starvation-dependent trafficking requires ULK1, ATG13 and SUPT20H.
Catalog Number: (80057-450)

Supplier:  MilliporeSigma
Description:   A phenolic product found in both grape skin and wines. Has antifungal, antitumor and antioxidative properties. A specific inhibitor of cyclooxygenase-1 (COX-1; ED50=15µM). Also inhibits the hydroxyperoxidase activity of COX-1 (ED50=3.7µM). Inhibits phorbol ester-induced free radical formation in HL-60 cells (ED50=27µM) and acts as an anti-mutagenic agent (ED50=15µM) in TM677 cells treated with DMBA. Also a selective inhibitor of P450 1A1.

Supplier:  Bioss
Description:   Cycling proteins play important roles in the organization and function of the early secretory pathway by participating in membrane traffic and selective transport of cargo between the endoplasmic reticulum (ER), the intermediate compartment (ERGIC), and the Golgi. A family of membrane bound, ubiquitous proteins involved in the selective transport of newly synthesized glycoproteins from the ER to the ERGIC include VIP36, ERGIC-53, ERGIC-1, ERGIC-2 and ERGIC-3. ERGIC-1, also designated ERGIC32, is thought to modulate the activity of a complex formed by ERGIC-2, also designated Erv41, and ERGIC-3, also designated Erv46. ERGIC-2 and ERGIC-3 are both mammalian homologs of yeast proteins abundant in COPII-coated vesicles and localize to the Cis-face of the Golgi apparatus.
