Supplier:  Bioss
Description:   Adducins are a family of cytoskeleton proteins encoded by three genes (alpha, beta, gamma). Adducin is a protein associated with the inner leaflet of the plasma membrane and is one of the proteins localized at the spectrin-actin junction of the membrane skeleton. The cortical actin cytoskeletal network is lost during apoptosis and Adducins are central in the cortical actin network organization. Adducin Alpha is a cytoskeletal protein involved with sodium-pump activity in the renal tubule and is associated with hypertension. The expression of Adducin Alpha and Adducin Gamma is ubiquitous in contrast to the restricted expression of Adducin Beta. Adducin Beta is expressed at high levels in brain and hematopoietic tissues, such as bone marrow, in humans, and in spleen in mice.
Supplier:  ANTIBODIES.COM LLC
Description:   Mouse monoclonal [SPM103] antibody to Luteinizing Hormone beta for IHC-P with samples derived from Human.
Supplier:  Tonbo Biosciences
Description:   The H57-597 antibody is specific for the beta chain of the mouse T cell Receptor (TCR). This cell surface protein combines with a second protein chain (alpha chain) to form the alpha-beta TCR that is expressed by NK1.1+ thymocytes, NKT cells, and the majority of peripheral T cells. A small number of T cells may express an alternative heteromer of gamma/delta protein chains, known as the g/d TCR. These receptors participate in a complex with CD3, and with the co-receptors CD4 or CD8, to recognize and respond to antigens bound to MHC molecules on antigen-presenting cells. Such interactions promote T cell receptor signaling (T cell activation) and can result in a number of cellular responses including proliferation, differentiation, production of cytokines or activation-induced cell death.

Supplier:  Genetex
Description:   One of the major signaling pathways used by eukaryotic cells to translate extracellular signals into cellular responses is the MAP (mitogen-activated protein) kinase cascade. So far, four MAPK subgroups (ERK, ERK5, JNK and p38) have been identified in humans. p38 beta is closely related to p38. They differ, however, in that p38 is equally well activated by MKK (MAP kinase kinase) 3, MKK4, and MKK6, while p38 beta is preferentially activated by MKK6. p38 beta also shows a strong substrate preference to ATF2 (activating transcription factor 2).

Supplier:  Genetex
Description:   Rabbit Polyclonal antibody to LACTB (lactamase, beta)
Supplier:  Bioss
Description:   SMAD2 or Mothers against decapentaplegic homolog 2 is a polypeptide that, as its name describes, is a homolog of the Drosophila gene: "Mothers against decepentaplegic". It belongs to the SMAD family of proteins, which belong to the TGF-Beta superfamily of modulators. Like many other TGF-Beta family members SMAD2 is involved in cell signalling. SMAD2 modulates signals of activin and TGF-Beta's. It interacts with SMAD anchor for receptor activation (SARA). The binding of ligands causes the phosphorylation of the SMAD2 protein and the dissociation from SARA and the association with SMAD4. It is subsequently transferred to the nucleus where it forms complexes with other proteins and acts as a transcription factor. SMAD2 is a receptor regulated SMAD (R-SMAD) and is activated by bone morphogenetic protein type 1 receptor kinase. Smad2 (Mothers against decapentaplegic homolog 2; SMAD 2; Mothers against DPP homolog 2;)

Supplier:  Prosci
Description:   Participates in the Wnt signaling pathway. Implicated in the hormonal control of several regulatory proteins including glycogen synthase, MYB and the transcription factor JUN. Phosphorylates JUN at sites proximal to its DNA-binding domain, thereby reducing its affinity for DNA. Phosphorylates MUC1 in breast cancer cells, and decreases the interaction of MUC1 with CTNNB1/beta-catenin. Phosphorylates CTNNB1/beta-catenin.
