Better solutions for optimal cell growth: Our CO₂ incubators provide the ideal in-vitro environment. In-chamber fan gently distributes clean, humidified air throughout the chamber ensuring homogeneous conditions. Fast recovery of all parameters (temperature, CO₂, and humidity) in 10 minutes or less, for stable culturing conditions and consistent results. In-chamber HEPA continuously filters the entire chamber air volume every 60 seconds. Superior ISO 5 clean room air quality is achieved within the culture chamber within 5 minutes. Directly heated water reservoir providing stable high relative humidity levels, preventing culture desiccation CO₂ and optional N₂/O₂ gases are pre-humidified before entering the chamber, providing a more constant, uniform environment. Auto-stop function disables fan operation during door openings to minimize air exchange.

Ultimate Contamination Control and Prevention. HEPA Filtration. In-chamber HEPA continuously filters the entire chamber air volume every 60 seconds. Superior ISO 5 clean room air quality is achieved within the culture chamber within 5 minutes.

Steri-Run, high temperature defection cycle. 12 hour 180 °C cycle assures uniform 6-log sterilization on all chamber surfaces. Eliminates biological contaminants including fungal mold, vegetative and spore forms of bacterial, including mycoplasma. Optional Copper interior.

In situ sensors and probes. Dual temperature probes for over temperature protection with operational back up if primary failure. The TC180 CO₂ sensor with humidity compensation allows for fast recovery from a routine door opening. The IR180Si incorporates silicon MEMS emitter as IR source with internal auto calibration for longer and more stable operation than a traditional IR sensor. Optional O₂ control with advanced Zirconium oxide sensors. Temperature resistant sensors do not need to be removed during sterilization cycle.
