Substrate for the detection of horseradish peroxidase commonly used in ELISA. Read at 450 nm.
Soluble.Reaction Condition: 1 mM in 50 mM Sodium Citrate, 150 mM Sodium Phosphate and 0.01% H₂O₂. Stop with 1.5 mM NaN₃ in 0.1 M Citric Acid.
