Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: Secondary Rabbit Anti-IgM mu chain Reacts with Pig (Swine, Porcine)
Supplier: BIOGEMS INTERNATIONAL INC.
Description: The UCHL1 monoclonal antibody specifically reacts with human CD45RO, a 180 kDa isoform of the leukocyte common antigen CD45. CD45RO is a transmembrane glycoprotein with tyrosine phosphatase activity and is expressed by majority of thymocytes, monocytes, granulocytes, and activated memory T lymphocytes. The subsets of peripheral T lymphocytes can be discriminated by using the CD45RO and CD45RA expressing cells.
Supplier: BIOGEMS INTERNATIONAL INC.
Description: The MPC-11 monoclonal antibody is expressed by a cell line adapted from the Merwin Plasmacytoma-11, and has unknown specificity. The MPC-11 line was obtained by intraperitoneal implantation into a BALB/c Mouseof a Millipore diffusion chamber and is used as an Isotype Control for Mouse IgG2b antibodies.

Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: Secondary Chicken Anti-IgG (H&L) Reacts with Rat

Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: Anti-Mouse IgG1 Alkaline Phosphate Antibody generated in goat detects reactivity to Mouse IgG1 (Gamma 1 chain). Secreted as part of the adaptive immune response by plasma B cells, immunoglobulin G constitutes 75% of serum immunoglobulins. IgG1 chain constitutes 66% of the IgG subclass and has a high affinity for binding to the Fc receptor of phagocytic cells. Secondary Antibodies are available in a variety of formats and conjugate types. When choosing a secondary antibody product, consideration must be given to species and immunoglobulin specificity, conjugate type, fragment and chain specificity, level of cross-reactivity, and host-species source and fragment composition.
Supplier: BIOGEMS INTERNATIONAL INC.
Description: The HMJ1-29 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse and rat CD339 (Jagged 1), a type 1 transmembrane Notch receptor ligand. It is expressed by macrophages and certain stromal, epithelial, dendritic, and thymic lymphoid cells. It has been reported to be play a role in Treg induction, Th2 polarization, neurogenesis, and cardiovascular development.
Supplier: BIOGEMS INTERNATIONAL INC.
Description: The AD2 monoclonal antibody specifically reacts with human CD73 (ecto-5’-nucleotidase), a 70 kDA glycosyl phosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored glycoprotein. CD73 catalyzes the dephosphorylation of adenosine monophosphate (AMP) to adenosine and is expressed on subsets of B, T, dendritic, endothelial, and mesenchymal stem cells. It is also involved in the adhesion of lymphocytes to endothelium and T cell activation.
Supplier: Thermo Scientific
Description: For high-resolution, high efficiency analysis of monoclonal antibodies (MAbs) and associated variants, use Thermo Scientificâ„¢ MAbPac SCX-10 strong cation-exchange columns.
Catalog Number: (76202-244)

Supplier: Enzo Life Sciences
Description: Produced in E. coli. A non-glycosylated protein containing 88 amino acids.
Supplier: BIOGEMS INTERNATIONAL INC.
Description: The 11B11 monoclonal antibody specifically reacts with mouse 14 kDa cytokine IL-4, expressed by the activated NKT cells and mast cells. IL-4 is species-specific and stimulates the proliferation and differentiation of B lymphocytes. It upregulates the expression of IgE receptors and class II MHC antigen. The 11B11 antibody neutralizes the IL-4 cytokine.

Description: Actin-related proteins are classified into Arp subclasses according to their amino acid sequence similarity to Actin. Both Arps and Actin proteins have an ATPase domain, which catalyzes the decomposition of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) into adenosine diphosphate (ADP) and a free phosphate ion to release energy. ArpM1 (actin-related protein M1) is a 372 amino acid ubiquitously expressed protein that localizes to both the cytoplasm and the cytoskeleton and belongs to the Arp family of Actin-like proteins. The gene encoding ArpM1 maps to human chromosome 3, which houses over 1,100 genes, including a chemokine receptor (CKR) gene cluster and a variety of human cancer-related gene loci.

Description: The Huntingtin protein contains a polyglutamine region, which leads to Huntingtin’s disease (HD) when the number of glutamine repeats exceeds thirty-five. The mutated Huntingtin protein acts within the nucleus to induce neurodegeneration by a cell-specific apoptotic mechanism. The loss of activity of the Huntingtin protein may be contributed to abnormal interactions between the mutant protein and other associated cellular proteins. Huntingtin interacts with a variety of proteins including HAP1, glyceraldehyde phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH), HAP40, Rab5 and HIP1. HAP40 mediates the recruitment of Huntingtin by Rab5 onto early endosomes. Specifically, this complex regulates endosome motility, which may be a key event of the pathogenetic process leading to neurodegeneration in HD.

Description: G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs), also designated seven transmembrane (7TM) receptors and heptahelical receptors, are a protein family which interact with G proteins (heterotrimeric GTPases) to synthesize intracellular second messengers such as diacylglycerol, cyclic AMP, inositol phosphates, and calcium ions. Their diverse biological functions range from vision and olfaction to neuronal and endocrine signaling and are involved in many pathological conditions. G protein receptor 128 (GPR128), a member of the secretin family of GCPRs with a GPS domain in its N-terminal domain, may mediate signaling processes to the interior of the cell via activation of G proteins. GPR128 represents an allopeptide which may be involved in T cell mediated transplant rejection as it is able to stimulate 2.102 T cells.
