Description:   MRP5 (190-200 kDa) is closely related to MRP4, both lacking the first five membrane spanning regions. MRP5 is a GS-X multi specific organic anion pump (nucleotide analogs). MRP5 may transport DNP-GS and may be inhibited by certain inhibitors of organic anion transport (sulfinpyrazone). MRP5 may also transport organic anions with the anionic moiety of phosphate/phosphonate group, a function which provides the ability to resist against anti cancer drugs 6-MP and thioguanine as well as the anti-HIV drug PMEA.

Description:   Protein A Peroxidase Conjugated

Supplier:  Bioss
Description:   Soluble frizzled-related proteins (sFRPS) function as modulators of Wnt signaling through direct interaction with Wnts. They have a role in regulating cell growth and differentiation in specific cell types. SFRP4 may act as a regulator of adult uterine morphology and function. Increases apoptosis during ovulation possibly through modulation of FZ1/FZ4/WNT4 signaling (By similarity). Has phosphaturic effects by specifically inhibiting sodium-dependent phosphate uptake.

Description:   PI 3-kinase p100 (phosphoinositide-3-kinase p100 subunit), also known as hVps34 or PIK3C3 (phosphoinositide-3-kinase class III), is a member of the PI3/PI4-kinase family (1). It is a catalytic subunit of the PI3K complex that mediates formation of phosphatidylinositol 3-phosphate and ubiquitously expressed with a highest expression in skeletal muscle (1,2). PIK3C3 is involved in the endosome to lysosome transport and plays important roles in intracellular membrane trafficking and autophagy (3-5).

Description:   M13 endopeptidases are single-pass, transmembrane zinc-metallopeptidases responsible in human for the regulation of the biological activity of many hormones and peptides and are involved in many important processes such as blood pressure regulation (Neprilysin or NEP1), cardiovascular development (Endothelin Converting Enzyme-1 or ECE-12), prevention of haemolytic reaction (KELL) and phosphate homeostasis (PHEX). Zmp1 is a soluble enzyme member of the M13 endopeptidases family that plays a key role in Mycobacterium tuberculosis pathogenicity with a still unknown mechanism. Recently, it was shown to suppress inflammasome activation by inhibiting caspase-1 activation, thus preventing processing of pro-IL-1beta into IL-1beta and the consequent phagosome maturation.

Description:   p-Nitroblue Tetrazolium Chloride is an NADPH-diaphorase substrate that competitively inhibits NOS (nitric oxide synthase) (IC50 = 3-4 μM). In combination with 5-Bromo-4-chloro-3-indolyl phosphate (BCIP) and an appropriate reaction buffer, Nitroblue tetrazolium forms a substrate for the colorimetric detection of alkaline phosphatase conjugates in a variety of molecular and cell biology techniques.

Description:   ATP citrate lyase is the primary enzyme responsible for the synthesis of cytosolic acetyl-CoA in many tissues. The enzyme is a tetramer (relative molecular weight approximately 440,000) of apparently identical subunits. It catalyzes the formation of acetyl-CoA and oxaloacetate from citrate and CoA with a concomitant hydrolysis of ATP to ADP and phosphate. The product, acetyl-CoA, serves several important biosynthetic pathways, including lipogenesis and cholesterogenesis. In nervous tissue, ATP citrate-lyase may be involved in the biosynthesis of acetylcholine. Two transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified for this gene. Description:   ZF21 Antibody: ZF21 was initially identified as protein that could bind to the cytoplasmic tail of MT1-MMP (Membrane-type 1 matrix metalloproteinase), a potent invasion-promoting protease. ZF21 is a member of a protein family characterized by the presence of a phosphatidylinositol 3-phosphate-binding FYVE domain and regulates focal adhesions (FAs) and cell movement. Knockdown of ZF21 expression resulted in a delay of FA disassembly following induction of synchronous disassembly of FAs by nocodazole treatment, suggesting that ZF21 is involved in FA disassembly. ZF21 contains a noncanonical pleckstrin homology domain that is a possible therapeutic target to treat metastatic cancer.
