Supplier:  Adipogen
Description:   Naturallly occuring analog of resveratrol. Potent antioxidant and free-radical scavenger. Shown to have neuroprotective activity against cerebral ischemia and against traumatic injury. Apoptosis inhibitor in transient cerebral ischemia. Inhibits viral DNA replication and late viral protein synthesis of African Swine fever virus. Has depigmenting effects by effectively inhibiting tyrosinase activity, which catalyzes the rate-limiting step in synthesizing melanin pigments. Has anti-inflammatory properties based on inhibition of iNOS expression through down-regulation of NF-kB binding activity and significant inhibition of COX-2 activity. Antihyperlipidemic agent.
Supplier:  AMBEED, INC
Description:   1-[(tert-Butyl)oxycarbonyl]-4-phenylpyrrolidine-3-carboxylic acid 98%
Catalog Number: (75789-764)

Supplier:  Prosci
Description:   Nectin-3 is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein that belongs to the nectin family. Its precursor is 549 amino acids in length and contains an extended signal sequence of 57 amino acids, an extracellular domain (ECD) of 347 amino acids, a transmembrane segment of 21 amino acids, and a cytoplasmic region of 124 amino acids. It is predominantly expressed in testis and placenta as well as in various cell lines, including epithelial cell lines. Nectin-3 plays a role in cell-cell adhesion through heterophilic trans-interactions with nectin-like proteins or nectins, such as trans-interaction with PVRL2/Nectin-2 at Sertoli-spermatid junctions. Nectin-3 is also involved in the formation of cell-cell junctions, including adherens junctions and synapses.

Supplier:  Bachem Americas
Description:   Suc-ALPF-pNA, substrate for FK-506 binding proteins (FKBPs, also called macrophilins) and cyclophilins, which belong to the group of peptidyl prolyl cis-trans isomerases (PPIases). This tetrapeptide has been used for an uncoupled protease-free assay of PPIase activity.
Supplier:  Matrix Scientific
Description:   Z-Hyp-OH ≥95%

Supplier:  Bioss
Description:   RAB proteins are GTPases that regulate vesicular trafficking and reside in specific intracellular compartments. RAB9 has been localized to components of the endocytic/exocytic pathway. It has been implicated in the recycling of membrane receptors, such as the mannose 6-phosphate receptor from early endosomes to the trans Golgi network.
Supplier:  Bioss
Description:   Subunit of clathrin-associated adaptor protein complex 1 that plays a role in protein sorting in the late-Golgi/trans-Golgi network (TGN) and/or endosomes. The AP complexes mediate both the recruitment of clathrin to membranes and the recognition of sorting signals within the cytosolic tails of transmembrane cargo molecules.

Supplier:  Bioss
Description:   Involved in autophagy and cytoplasm to vacuole transport (Cvt) vesicle formation. Plays a key role in the organization of the preautophagosomal structure/phagophore assembly site (PAS), the nucleating site for formation of the sequestering vesicle. Cycles between a juxta-nuclear trans-Golgi network compartment and late endosomes. Nutrient starvation induces accumulation on autophagosomes. Starvation-dependent trafficking requires ULK1, ATG13 and SUPT20H.
