Supplier:  Bioss
Description:   Probable receptor with tyrosine-protein kinase activity; important for development.
Supplier:  Bioss
Description:   Promotes cell survival. Suppresses apoptosis induced by BAX but not BAK.
Supplier:  Bioss
Description:   Functions as an E3 ligase that catalyzes the ubiquitin-mediated degradation of protein kinase C.
Supplier:  Bioss
Description:   C5orf22
Supplier:  Novus Biologicals
Description:   Goat Polyclonal Goat anti-Chicken IgA Antibody [FITC]. Tested Applications: Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin. Tested Reactivity: Chicken.
Supplier:  Novus Biologicals
Description:   Goat Polyclonal Goat anti-Rat IgG, Fab2, H/L Chains Antibody [FITC]. Tested Applications: Flow Cytometry, Immunomicroscopy. Tested Reactivity: Rat.
Supplier:  Rockland Immunochemical
Description:   Fluorescein Conjugated Affinity Purified Anti-Mouse Igg (Handl) (Goat) - 610-1202-0500 Fluorescein Conjugated Mouse Igg (Handl) 500Ug
Supplier:  Rockland Immunochemical
Description:   Fab Anti-Sheep Igg (Handl) (Rabbit) Antibody Rhodamine Conjugated - 813-4002 Fab Sheep Igg (Handl) Antibody Rhodamine Conjugated 500Ul
Supplier:  Bioss
Description:   IGF-binding proteins prolong the half-life of the IGFs and have been shown to either inhibit or stimulate the growth promoting effects of the IGFs on cell culture. They alter the interaction of IGFs with their cell surface receptors. Also exhibits IGF-independent antiproliferative and apoptotic effects mediated by its receptor TMEM219/IGFBP-3R.
Supplier:  Sino Biological
Description:   This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Human ACE2 (rh ACE2; Catalog#10108-H08H; NP_068576.1; Met1-Ser740) and conjugated with FITC under optimum conditions, the unreacted FITC was removed.
Supplier:  Bioss
Description:   AKT1-specific substrates have been recently identified, including palladin (PALLD), which phosphorylation modulates cytoskeletal organization and cell motility; prohibitin (PHB), playing an important role in cell metabolism and proliferation; and CDKN1A, for which phosphorylation at 'Thr-145' induces its release from CDK2 and cytoplasmic relocalization. These recent findings indicate that the AKT1 isoform has a more specific role in cell motility and proliferation. Phosphorylates CLK2 thereby controlling cell survival to ionizing radiation.
Supplier:  Bioss
Description:   Apoptosis regulator protein which may function as a crucial link between cell survival and cell death pathways in mammalian cells. Acts as an inhibitor of TNFRSF6 mediated apoptosis. A proteolytic fragment (p43) is likely retained in the death-inducing signaling complex (DISC) thereby blocking further recruitment and processing of caspase-8 at the complex. Full length and shorter isoforms have been shown either to induce apoptosis or to reduce TNFRSF-triggered apoptosis. Lacks enzymatic (caspase) activity.
Supplier:  Bioss
Description:   The β-Amyloid protein precursor (AbPP) is a widely expressed transmembrane protein that is processed into the b-Amyloid (Ab) peptide, which accumulates in insoluble plaques in the brain of Alzheimer’s disease patients and AbPP intracellular domain (AID). AID may function as a pro-apoptotic peptide, a regulator of calcium homeostasis and a molecule involved in transcriptional regulation. The AID associated protein 1 (AIDA-1) is highly expressed in the brain and is regulated by AbPP. It interacts with AbPP to play a role in brain development. AIDA-1 also interacts with coilin in Cajal bodies to regulate pre-mRNA splicing.
Supplier:  Bioss
Description:   The two G protein-coupled receptors GPR7 and GPR8 display high similarity to each other. They both show high expression in brain and in particular in hypothalamus, and have been characterized as receptors for neuropeptide W (NPW) and neuropeptide B (NPB). In response to NPW and NPB, they play a role in the regulation of feeding behavior. GPR7 deficient mice develop an adult-onset obese phenotype that progressively worsens with age and is exacerbated when fed a high-fat diet. The genes encoding human GPR7 and GPR8 map to chromosomes 10q11.2-q21.1 and 10q13.3, respectively.
Supplier:  Bioss
Description:   NF-kappa-B is a ubiquitous transcription factor involved in several biological processes. It is held in the cytoplasm in an inactive state by specific inhibitors. Upon degradation of the inhibitor, NF-kappa-B moves to the nucleus and activates transcription of specific genes. NF-kappa-B is composed of NFKB1 or NFKB2 bound to either REL, RELA, or RELB. The most abundant form of NF-kappa-B is NFKB1 complexed with the product of this gene, RELA. Four transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Sep 2011].

Description:   Docking protein 1 is constitutively tyrosine phosphorylated in hematopoietic progenitors isolated from chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) patients in the chronic phase. It may be a critical substrate for p210(bcr/abl), a chimeric protein whose presence is associated with CML. Docking protein 1 contains a putative pleckstrin homology domain at the amino terminus and ten PXXP SH3 recognition motifs. Docking protein 2 binds p120 (RasGAP) from CML cells. It has been postulated to play a role in mitogenic signaling.
