Catalog Number: (M-2160.0500BA)

Supplier:  Bachem Americas
Description:   Highly characterized substrate for herpes simplex virus type 1 protease (HSV-1), which is essential for viral nucleocapsid formation and for viral replication. Enzyme activity was measured using HPLC for the separation of the products from the substrate and for quantitation. The C-terminal cleavage product of HTYLQASEKFKMWG-amide was detected at 280 nm (excitation) and 350 nm (emission) with a fluorescence detector.
Catalog Number: (H-1388.0001BA)

Supplier:  Bachem Americas
Description:   The amyloid precursor protein (APP) is cleaved within the amyloid β-protein region by a putative APP secretase to release its extracellular portion. Gelatinase A, the matrix metalloproteinase MMP-2, possesses such APP secretase-like activity, effectively hydrolyzing also the synthetic amyloid β-protein fragment (10-20) YEVHHQKLVFF at the normal processing site, the Lys¹⁶-Leu¹⁷ bond (Km approx. 0.13 mM).
Supplier:  Sino Biological
Description:   A DNA sequence encoding the influenza A H1N1 Virus (A/Puerto Rico/8/34/Mount Sinai) M1 protein (NP_040978.1) (Ser 2-Lys 252) was expressed, with a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus.

Supplier:  Bioss
Description:   S-adenosyl-L-methionine-dependent histone methyltransferase that specifically methylates 'Lys-9' of histone H3. May function as a DNA-binding transcription factor. Binds to the macrophage-specific TPA-responsive element (MTE) of the HMOX1 (heme oxygenase 1) gene and may act as a transcriptional activator of this gene.
Catalog Number: (10429-648)

Supplier:  Sino Biological
Description:   A DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain of influenza A virus hemagglutinin (A/mallard duck/Alberta/342/1983 (H12N1)) (ABB88099.1) (Met 1-Lys 527) was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

Supplier:  Sino Biological
Description:   This antibody was obtained from a rabbit immunized with purified, recombinant Mouse SerpinF2 (rM SerpinF2; Catalog#50167-M08H; NP_032904.1; Met 1-Lys 491).
Supplier:  ACROBIOSYSTEMS INC MS

Supplier:  ACROBIOSYSTEMS INC MS
Description:   Cynomolgus PSMA / FOLH1 Protein, His Tag (MALS verified) (active enzyme), ACROBiosystems
Supplier:  Southern Biotechnology
Description:   The CD45 antigen is an essential regulator of leukocyte activation and development and is now known to be a protein tyrosine phosphatase, e.g., CD45 is able to dephosphorylate the Src family of protein kinases. This activity is now known to be required for signal transduction induced by T and B cell antigen receptor engagement, cytokine signaling, and Fc receptor stimulation. The functional state of CD45 also has a pronounced effect on lymphocyte development. CD45 exists in multiple forms, such as the restricted variants (CD45R; see companion products 1660, 1665, 1675, 1685, and 1820) and as allelic forms CD45.1 (Ly-5.1) and CD45.2 (Ly-5.2). The former arises as a result of alternative splicing of different exons. The specificity of antibodies to CD45.1 and CD45.2 has been exploited in studies where resolution of donor and recipient cells is essential, such as in gene therapy or bone marrow transplantation. The monoclonal antibody A20 recognizes all mouse leukocytes expressing the CD45.1 allotype.

Description:   Biotinylated SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) S protein RBD, Mouse IgG1 Fc,Avitag™(MALS verified), ACROBiosystems
Supplier:  Bioss
Description:   Exhibits weak E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase activity. E3 ubiquitin ligases accept ubiquitin from an E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme in the form of a thioester and then directly transfer the ubiquitin to targeted substrates. Can ubiquitinate AKT1 preferentially at 'Lys-284' involving 'Lys-48'-linked polyubiquitination and seems to be involved in regulation of Akt signaling by targeting phosphorylated Akt to proteosomal degradation. Proposed to preferentially act as a SUMO E3 ligase at physiological concentrations. Plays a role in the control of mitochondrial morphology. Promotes mitochondrial fragmentation and influences mitochondrial localization. The function may implicate its ability to sumoylate DNM1L. Inhibits cell growth. When overexpressed, activates JNK through MAP3K7/TAK1 and induces caspase-dependent apoptosis. Involved in the modulation of innate immune defense against viruses by inhibiting DDX58-dependent antiviral response. Can mediate DDX58 sumoylation and disrupt its polyubiquitination.
