Supplier: Bioss
Description: MEK5 is a dual specificity protein kinase belonging to thr Ser/Thr protein kinase family, (MAP kinase kinase family). It is activated by phosphorylation on Ser/Thr by MAP kinase kinases and interacts specifically with ERK5, and not with another MAP kinase like P38. This kinase specifically interacts with and activates MAPK7/ERK5. This kinase itself can be phosphorylated and activated by MAP3K3/MEKK3, as well as by atypical protein kinase C isoforms (aPKCs). It is not phosphorylated by RAFA, RAFB or RAFC and it may interact with GTPases such as CDC42. The signal cascade mediated by this kinase is involved in growth factor stimulated cell proliferation and muscle cell differentiation. MEK5 is expressed in many adult tissues and is most abundant in heart and skeletal muscle.
Supplier: Sino Biological
Description: A DNA sequence encoding the mature form of mouse IL1β (P10749) (Val 118-Ser 269) was expressed, with an initial Met at the C-terminus.
Supplier: Bachem Americas
Description: This fluorogenic HIV-1 protease substrate consists of an octapeptide with a fluorescent donor (EDANS) and a quenching acceptor (DABCYL), attached at the COOH- and NH₂-termini. The γ-Abu spacer was inserted to avoid potential steric hindrance of substrate binding by the bulky acceptor. This FRET substrate is cleaved by the HIV-1 protease at the Tyr-Pro bond which results in a time-dependent increase in fluorescence intensity; excitation at 340 nm, emission at 490 nm.
Supplier: Bioss
Description: Protein phosphatase that dephosphorylates AKT family kinase specifically at 'Ser-473', blocking cell cycle progression and promoting cell apoptosis. May play an inhibitory role in glucose uptake by adipocytes.
Supplier: Bioss
Description: Glandular kallikreins cleave Met-Lys and Arg-Ser bonds in kininogen to release Lys-bradykinin.
Catalog Number: (10473-440)

Supplier: Bioss
Description: Abhydrolase domain containing 3 (ABHD3) belongs to the AB hydrolase superfamily. It has a central core predicted to form alpha/beta hydrolase folds and has a ser-ala-his catalytic triad characteristic of peroxidases.
Supplier: Sino Biological
Description: A DNA sequence encoding the E.Coli ssPA (P0ACA3) (Met 1-Ser 212) was expressed, with a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus.
Supplier: Sino Biological
