Description:
The BM8.1 monoclonal antibody specifically binds to the Mouse125 kDa F4/80 antigen, expressed by most mature macrophages. F4/80 is a transmembrane protein used as a marker of macrophages, although it is also expressed on Kupffer and Langerhans cells. The expression of F4/80 antigen is upregulated on bone marrow cells stimulated in vitro with the macrophage colony stimulating factor. The F4/80 antigen is a requirement for the induction of CD8 T cells-mediated peripheral tolerance.

Description:
Receptor for EDA isoform A2, but not for EDA isoform A1. Mediates the activation of the NF-kappa-B and JNK pathways. Activation seems to be mediated by binding to TRAF3 and TRAF6.

Description:
The 1G9 monoclonal antibody specifically binds to the mouse TIGIT, expressed on the T helper cells. While in humans it is expressed also on natural killer cells, Treg cells, memory CD4+ and CD8+ T lymphocytes. TIGIT is not expressed on B cells and is upregulated on CD4+ T cells following activation.TIGIT interacts with CD155, and mediates the interaction between natural killer cells or T lymphocytes with APC and fibroblasts and endothelial cells expressing PVR or PVR-like proteins.

Description:
Mitogen-activated protein (MAP) kinase cascades are activated by various extracellular stimuli including growth factors. The MEK kinases (also designated MAP kinase kinase kinases, MKKKs, MAP3Ks or MEKKs) phosphorylate and thereby activate the MEKs (also called MAP kinase kinases or MKKs), including ERK, JNK and p38. These activated MEKs in turn phosphorylate and activate the MAP kinases. The MEK kinases include Raf-1, Raf-B, Mos, MEK kinase-1, MEK kinase-2, MEK kinase-3, MEK kinase-4, ASK 1 (MEK kinase-5) and MAP3K6 (MEK kinase-6). MEK kinase-1 has been shown to phosphorylate MEK-1 via Raf-independent pathway. Evidence suggests that MEK-3 is preferentially activated by MEK kinase-3 and that MEK-4 is activated by both MEK kinase-2 and MEK kinase-3. MEK kinase-4 has been shown to specifically activate the JNK path-way. ASK1 activates both MEK-4 and MEK-3/MEK-6 pathways.

Description:
The 10.1 monoclonal antibody specifically reacts with human CD64, a 75kDA type I transmembrane glycoprotein that is the high affinity receptor for IgG. CD64 is expressed on macrophages and dendritic cells and is involved in antibody-dependent cellular toxicity, cytokine release phagocytosis, and endocytosis. The 10.1 antibody is reported to recognize the EC3 epitope of CD64.

Description:
Produced by lymphocytes activated by specific antigens or mitogens. IFN-gamma, in addition to having antiviral activity, has important immunoregulatory functions. It is a potent activator of macrophages, it has antiproliferative effects on transformed cells and it can potentiate the antiviral and antitumor effects of the type I interferons.

The A7R34 monoclonal antibody specifically reacts with the mouse CD127, the alpha subunit of the IL-7 receptor, expressed by immature B lymphocytes in the bone marrow, CD4-/CD8-, CD4+, and CD8+ thymocytes, and by mature T lymphocytes at low levels. Mature T cells express CD117 at low levels in the periphery. The A7R34 antibody prevents the interaction between IL-7 and its receptor and the binding of mAb SB/199, which also recognizes mouse CD127.
