Description:   Storage: -20 °C.
Adenosine 5'-triphosphate (ATP) and its phosphate bonds are the basic components of energy exchange in many biological systems.
Adenosine 5'-triphosphate (ATP) is a central component of energy storage and metabolism in vivo. ATP is used in many cellular processes, respiration, biosynthetic reactions, motility, and cell division. ATP is a substrate of many kinases involved in cell signaling and of adenylate cyclase(s) that produce the second messenger cAMP. ATP provides the metabolic energy to drive metabolic pumps. ATP serves as a coenzyme in a wide array of enzymatic reactions.
P2 purinergic agonist; increases activity of Ca2+-activated K+ channels; substrate for ATP-dependent enzyme systems.

Supplier:  Proteintech
Description:   Guanine nucleotide-binding proteins (g proteins) are involved as a modulator or transducer in various transmembrane signaling systems, by integrating signals between receptors and effector proteins. G proteins are composed of an alpha, a beta, and a gamma subunit. This gene encodes a 34 kd beta subunit, being expressed in all tissues. Beta subunits are important regulators of alpha subunits, as well as of certain signal transduction receptors and effectors.
Supplier:  MP Biomedicals
Description:   Chloroquine Diphosphate salt is member of quinolone family, Chloroquine is a lysosomotropic agent (accumulate inside the acidic parts of the cell), this accumulation leads to inhibition of lysosomal enzymes that require an acidic pH, and prevents fusion of endosomes and lysosomes. Standard anti-malarial drug. Substrate for MRP in multidrug resistant cell line and inhibits photoaffinity labeling of MRP by quinoline-based photoactive drug IAAQ (N-[4-[1-hydroxy-2-(dibutylamino)ethyl]quinolin-8-yl]-4-azidosalicylamide).

Supplier:  Bioss
Description:   Tripartite motif-containing protein 34 (TRIM34), also known as RING finger protein 21 (RNF21) or interferon-responsive finger protein 1 (IFP1), is a 488 amino acid member of the TRIM family, also known as the RING-B-box coiled-coil (RBCC) family. Members of the RBCC family have an N-terminal RING finger, followed by one or two zinc-binding domains (B-box domains), a leucine coiled-coil region and a variable C-terminal domain. Three isoforms of TRIM34 exist as a result of alternative splicing events. Isoform 1, the most abundant isoform, is highly expressed in placenta, spleen, colon and peripheral blood leukocytes. Studies have shown that Interferon (IFN) stimulation leads to an upregulation of TRIM34. These findings suggest that TRIM34 maybe a downstream effector that mediates IFN activities.

Supplier:  Prosci
Description:   ANXA7 is a member of the annexin family of calcium-dependent phospholipid binding proteins. The Annexin VII gene contains 14 exons and spans approximately 34 kb of DNA. An alternatively spliced cassette exon results in two mRNA transcripts of 2.0 and 2.4 kb which are predicted to generate two protein isoforms differing in their N-terminal domain. The alternative splicing event is tissue specific and the mRNA containing the cassette exon is prevalent in brain, heart and skeletal muscle. The transcripts also differ in their 3'-non coding regions by the use of two alternative poly (A) signals. The selection of poly (A) signals is independent of the mRNA splicing pattern. Annexin VII encodes a protein with a molecular weight of approximately 51 kDa with a unique, highly hydrophobic N-terminal domain of 167 amino acids and a conserved C-terminal region of 299 amino acids. The latter domain is composed of alternating hydrophobic and hydrophilic segments. Structural analysis of the protein suggests that Annexin VII is a membrane binding protein with diverse properties including voltage-sensitive calcium channel activity, ion selectivity and membrane fusion.
