Supplier:  Bioss
Description:   Forms a voltage-independent potassium channel that is activated by intracellular calcium. Activation is followed by membrane hyperpolarization which promotes calcium influx. Required for maximal calcium influx and proliferation during the reactivation of naive T-cells. The channel is blocked by clotrimazole and charybdotoxin but is insensitive to apamin.
Catalog Number: (MSPP-PAA712MU1)

Supplier:  CLOUD-CLONE CORP MS
Description:   Polyclonal Antibody to Sodium/potassium Transporting ATPase Subunit Beta-3 (ATP1b3), derived from recombinant ATP1b3(Met61~Arg277), is reactive with Mouse.

Supplier:  Bioss
Description:   GALR3 a 368 and 370 amino acid protein in human and rat, respectively, belongs to a family of G protein-coupled receptors that bind the neuropeptide galanin, which is distributed throughout the central and peripheral nervous system, the pituitary gland, the gastrointestinal tract and in the endocrine and exocrine pancreas. GALR3 mRNA is widely distributed, but expressed at low abundance. In human, GALR3 mRNA is highly expressed in the hypothalamus, pituitary and testis, and is expressed to a lesser extent in adrenal gland and pancreas. Rat and human GALR3 co-express with potassium channel subunits GIRK1 and GIRK4. Like GALR1, GALR3 signaling pathways lead to the inhibition of adenylate cyclase and to the activation of potassium channels, which are linked to the regulation of neurotransmitter release. Binding of galanin to galanin receptors results in increased feeding, impaired learning, enhanced opiate analgesia and decreased opiate place preference.

Supplier:  Prosci
Description:   This gene encodes a member of the potassium channel, voltage-gated, shaker-related subfamily. This member is one of the beta subunits, which are auxiliary proteins associating with functional Kv-alpha subunits. This member alters functional properties of the KCNA4 gene product.
Catalog Number: (10101-158)

Supplier:  Prosci
Description:   KCNK13 encodes one of the members of the superfamily of potassium channel proteins containing two pore-forming domains. The product of this gene is an open channel that can be stimulated by arachidonic acid.
Supplier:  Bioss
Description:   Potassium channel subunit that does not form functional channels by itself. Modulates KCNB1 and KCNB2 channel activity by shifting the threshold for inactivation to more negative values and by slowing the rate of inactivation. Can down-regulate the channel activity of KCNB1, KCNB2, KCNC4 and KCND1, possibly by trapping them in intracellular membranes.
Catalog Number: (10103-296)

Supplier:  Prosci
Description:   TMEM38B is a monovalent cation channel required for maintenance of rapid intracellular calcium release. It may act as a potassium counter-ion channel that functions in synchronization with calcium release from intracellular stores.
Supplier:  MilliporeSigma
Description:   Cas Number:507-19-7 1L

Description:   The KCTD gene family, including KCTD7, encode predicted proteins that contain N-terminal domain that is homologous to the T1 domain in voltage-gated potassium channels (see KCNA1; MIM 176260). KCTD7 displays a primary sequence and hydropathy profile indicating intracytoplasmic localization. EST database analysis showed that KCTD7 is expressed in human and mouse brain. The KCTD gene family, including KCTD7, encode predicted proteins that contain N-terminal domain that is homologous to the T1 domain in voltage-gated potassium channels (see KCNA1; MIM 176260).
