Supplier:  Adipogen
Description:   TRAIL-R2 is a receptor for the cytotoxic ligand TRAIL. The adapter molecule FADD recruits caspase-8 to the activated receptor. The resulting death-inducing signaling complex (DISC) performs caspase-8 proteolytic activation which initiates the subsequent cascade of caspases (aspartate-specific cysteine proteases) mediating apoptosis. Promotes the activation of NF-kappaB.
Supplier:  Bioss
Description:   Cysteine protease required for the cytoplasm to vacuole transport (Cvt) and autophagy. Cleaves the C-terminal amino acid of ATG8 family proteins MAP1LC3, GABARAPL1, GABARAPL2 and GABARAP, to reveal a C-terminal glycine. Exposure of the glycine at the C-terminus is essential for ATG8 proteins conjugation to phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) and insertion to membranes, which is necessary for autophagy. Has also an activity of delipidating enzyme for the PE-conjugated forms.
Supplier:  PeproTech, Inc.
Description:   The MCP proteins are members of the CC chemokine family that signal through CCR2 and, with the exception of MCP-1, other CCR receptors. The MCP proteins chemoattract and activate monocytes, activated T cells, basophils, NK cells, and immature dendritic cells. The MCP family cross-reacts across species. Recombinant Human MCP-2 (CCL8) is an 8.9 kDa protein containing 76 amino acid residues including the four highly conserved cysteine residues present in the CC chemokines.
Supplier:  PeproTech, Inc.
Description:   BCA-1/BLC, a CXC chemokine, is expressed in the liver, spleen, lymph nodes, appendix and stomach. It exerts its activities through its only receptor, CXCR5. BCA-1/BLC is a potent chemoattractant for B lymphocytes, and induces weak chemotactic response in T cells and macrophages. It manifests no activity on neutrophils and monocytes. Recombinant Human BCA-1 (CXCL13) is a 10.3 kDa protein containing 87 amino acid residues including the four highly conserved cysteine residues present in CXC chemokines.
Recombinant Rat MCP-1 (CCL2) is a 14.0 kDa protein containing 125 amino acid residues, including the four highly conserved cysteine residues present in the CC chemokines.

Recombinant Murine JE/MCP-1 (CCL2) is a 13.8 kDa protein containing 125 amino acid residues, including the four highly conserved cysteine residues present in the CC chemokines.
Supplier:  Rockland Immunochemical
Description:   Peroxidase Conjugated. Reactivity: human. 100ug. Polyclonal. Immunogen: synthetic peptide corresponding to a region near the amino terminal end of human NAG-1 protein. A residue of cysteine was added to facilitate coupling to KLH.
Recombinant Human MCP-3 (CCL7) is a 9.0 kDa protein containing 76 amino acid residues including the four highly conserved cysteine residues present in the CC chemokines.

Supplier:  Bioss
Description:   Cysteine string proteins (CSPs) are synaptic vesicle-associated, secretory vesicle proteins that are involved in Ca2+-regulated exocytosis of synaptic vesicles and modulation of presynaptic transmembrane calcium fluxes in neuroendocrine and endocrine cell types. CSP contains a J-domain that binds HSP 70/HSC 70 chaperone ATPases and a membrane-targeting, palmitoylated cysteine-rich string region. CSPs may act as molecular chaperones in synapses, and mediate conformational folding of components of the vesicular exocytotic machinery. CSP is involved in the fine tuning of neurotransmission through its interaction with receptor-coupled trimeric GTP binding proteins (G proteins) and N-type Ca2+ channels. Two variants of CSP have been described: CSP1; and the 31 amino acid, C-terminally truncated isoform, CSP2. Subcellular fractionation of insulinoma cells shows CSP1 in granular fractions, while the membrane and cytosol fractions contain predominantly CSP2. The fractions also contain additional proteins, presumably CSP dimers. Furthermore, in various mammalian cell lines (including rat brain) CSP1 expression predominates CSP2 expression.
