Catalog Number: (10110-918)

Supplier:  Prosci
Description:   Myoinositol, the most common naturally occurring form of inositol, is a component of plasma membrane phospholipids and functions as a cell signaling molecule. ISYNA1 (EC 5.5.1.4), or IPS, is a rate-limiting enzyme that catalyzes the de novo synthesis of myoinositol 1-phosphate from glucose 6-phosphate.Myoinositol, the most common naturally occurring form of inositol, is a component of plasma membrane phospholipids and functions as a cell signaling molecule. ISYNA1 (EC 5.5.1.4), or IPS, is a rate-limiting enzyme that catalyzes the de novo synthesis of myoinositol 1-phosphate from glucose 6-phosphate (Seelan et al., 2004 [PubMed 15464731]).

Supplier:  Prosci
Description:   Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) catalyzes the reversible oxidative phosphorylation of glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate in the presence of inorganic phosphate and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD), an important energy-yielding step in carbohydrate metabolism. It also is involved in a number of cellular processes such as membrane fusion, phosphotransferase activity, DNA replication and repair, and nuclear RNA export. GAPDH also plays a role in different pathologies such as cancer progression, apoptosis, and neuronal diseases such as Alzheimer’s and Huntington’s disease. GAPDH is constitutively expressed at high levels in almost all tissues and cell lines making it ideal for use as a loading control marker in immunoblots.

Supplier:  MP Biomedicals
Description:   1,2-Butylene Oxide is a hydrogen chloride acceptor in chlorocarbons, e.g. trichloroethylene. It is also a valuable intermediate in many syntheses, e.g. in the production of butylene glycol, 2-amino-1-butanol, and polyols for polyurethane plastics. Other products obtained from it are nonionic surfactants that are used as textile and dyeing auxiliaries, crude oil deemulsifiers, etc. It is also used as a solvent for natural and synthetic resins and in polymerization.
Physical Appearance: Off-White Powder
Solubility: Soluble in Chloroform, Dimetyl Sulfoxide and Ethanol

Supplier:  Genetex
Description:   Rabbit Polyclonal antibody to SLC20A1 (solute carrier family 20 (phosphate transporter), member 1)

Supplier:  Bioss
Description:   Functions both as NADH oxidoreductase and as regulator of apoptosis. In response to apoptotic stimuli, it is released from the mitochondrion intermembrane space into the cytosol and to the nucleus, where it functions as a proapoptotic factor in a caspase-independent pathway. In contrast, functions as an antiapoptotic factor in normal mitochondria via its NADH oxidoreductase activity. The soluble form (AIFsol) found in the nucleus induces 'parthanatos' i.e. caspase-independent fragmentation of chromosomal DNA. Interacts with EIF3G,and thereby inhibits the EIF3 machinery and protein synthesis, and activates casapse-7 to amplify apoptosis. Plays a critical role in caspase-independent, pyknotic cell death in hydrogen peroxide-exposed cells. Binds to DNA in a sequence-independent manner.

Supplier:  Bioss
Description:   Repair polymerase that plays a key role in base-excision repair. Has 5'-deoxyribose-5-phosphate lyase (dRP lyase) activity that removes the 5' sugar phosphate and also acts as a DNA polymerase that adds one nucleotide to the 3' end of the arising single-nucleotide gap. Conducts 'gap-filling' DNA synthesis in a stepwise distributive fashion rather than in a processive fashion as for other DNA polymerases.
Supplier:  RPI
Description:   RPI 6-Phosphogluconic Acid Trisodium Salt Dihydrate, CAS Number: 53411-70-4, Molecular Weight: 378.1, MF: C6H10Na3O10P. 2H2O, Solubility: Water, Storage Temperature: -20 deg C, Appearance: White Powder Assay: 98.0 - 102.0 %, Size: 100mg
Catalog Number: (76011-560)

Supplier:  Prosci
Description:   The protein encoded by this gene is an antioxidant enzyme and belongs to the peroxiredoxin family. The protein is localized to the cytoplasm. Peroxidases of the peroxiredoxin family reduce hydrogen peroxide and alkyl hydroperoxides to water and alcohol with the use of reducing equivalents derived from thiol-containing donor molecules. This protein has been found to play a regulatory role in the activation of the transcription factor NF-kappaB.

Supplier:  MP Biomedicals
Description:   Tryptose Phospate Broth (TPB) has been studied as supplement for the preparation of media that supports vaccine production in BHK-21 cells and the growth of SF21 insect cells in high-density perfusion culture stirred-tank bioreactors.
Supplier:  Bioss
Description:   Esterifies acyl-group from acyl-ACP to the sn-1 position of glycerol-3-phosphate, an essential step in glycerolipid biosynthesis.
Supplier:  YSI
Description:   YSI MultiLab line meters provide maximum flexibility with smart sensor recognition. The Intelligent Design Sensors (IDS) plug-and-play feature lets you decide the meter's operation. Plug in a pH electrode and its a pH meter; replace with a conductivity probe and its a conductivity meter; same for oxygen--it is that easy!
Catalog Number: (102981-726)

Supplier:  Adipogen
Description:   Nuclease P1 is a zinc dependent glycoprotein that catalyzes the nonspecific endonucleolytic cleavage of single stranded DNA and RNA to yield nucleoside 5'-phosphates and 5'-phospho-oligonucleotides.
