Supplier: Genscript
Description: Claudin-18 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CLDN18 gene. CLDN18 belongs to the large claudin family of proteins, which form tight junction strands in epithelial cells. The expression of isoform A2 (CLDN18.2) is restricted to the stomach mucosa where it is predominantly observed in the epithelial cells of the pit region and the base of the gastric glands including exocrine and endocrine cells (at protein level). However, CLDN18.2 is highly expressed in certain primary malignant tumors, such as gastric cancer (GC), breast cancer, colon cancer and liver cancer. CLDN18.2 is expressed in 50 - 70% of primary gastric adenocarcinomas and their metastases, thus it is considered a promising candidate for targeted gastric cancer therapy. Therapeutic antibodies against Claudin 18.2 have great therapeutic potential and very low toxicity.

Supplier: Genscript

Supplier: Genscript
Description: Avelumab with trade name Bavencio, is an FDA-approved drug to treat Merkel cell carcinoma, urothelial carcinoma, and renal cell carcinoma. Avelumab is a whole monoclonal antibody of isotype IgG1 that binds to the programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) and therefore inhibits binding to its receptor programmed cell death 1 (PD-1). PD-L1 can be highly expressed on certain tumors, which is thought to lead to reduced activation of immune cells (cytotoxic T-cells in particular) that might otherwise recognize and attack the cancer. Inhibition of PD-L1 by Avelumab can remove this inhibitor effect and thereby engender an anti-tumor response. It is one of several ways to block inhibitory signals related to T-cell activation, a more general strategy known as immune checkpoint inhibition. Anti-Avelumab Antibody (12H7), mAb, Mouse is produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of partner and B-lymphocytes obtained from a mouse immunized with Avelumab.

Supplier: Genscript
Description: Denosumab with trade name Prolia, is an FDA-approved drug for the treatment of patients with osteoporosis, treatment-induced bone loss, metastases to bone, and giant cell tumor of bone. Denosumab is a fully human monoclonal antibody that works as a RANK ligand (RANKL) inhibitor. Denosumab can bind RANKL, preventing RANKL from activating RANK, its receptor on the osteoclast surface. Anti-Denosumab Antibody (2H7), mAb, Mouse is produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of partner and B-lymphocytes obtained from a mouse immunized with Denosumab.

Supplier: Genscript
Description: Etanercept with trade name Enbrel, is an FDA-approved drug to treat rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile idiopathic arthritis and psoriatic arthritis, plaque psoriasis and ankylosing spondylitis. Etanercept is a fusion protein made from the combination of two naturally occurring soluble human 75-kilodalton TNF receptors linked to an Fc portion of an IgG1. Etanercept treats autoimmune diseases by interfering with tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF alpha, a soluble inflammatory cytokine) by acting as a TNF alpha inhibitor.Anti-Etanercept Antibody (4H1), mAb, Mouse is produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of partner and B-lymphocytes obtained from a mouse immunized with Etanercept.
Supplier: Genscript
Description: The antibody is recommended as a capture antibody in a pharmacokinetic (PK) bridging assay with detection antibody GenScript, A01967-40, MonoRab Anti-Obinutuzumab Antibody (169F10), mAb, Rabbit.
Supplier: Genscript
Description: Protein A, a bacterial cell wall protein isolated from Staphylococcus aureus, binds to mammalian IgGs mainly through Fc regions. The protein A is most commonly bound to a chromatography resin, used for production of antibody drugs or reagents. Protein A antibody can be used for quantification of protein A in sample foods or for evaluation of protein A resin. This protein A mAb is advantageous due to its IgG1 isotype, for mouse IgG1 has weak binding capacity to protein A.GenScript protein A Antibody [biotin], mAb, mouse is protein A antibody conjugated with biotin. The conjugated antibody is suitable for detecting the expression level of protein A.

Supplier: Genscript
Description: GenScript Streptavidin Antibody is specific to streptavidin.

Supplier: Genscript
Description: Adeno-associated virus type 2 (AAV2) is a valuable vector for gene therapy. It is one member of the human parvovirus family which depends on co-infection with helper viruses such as adenovirus or herpes virus for efficient reproduction. The AAV2 capsid (intact particle) comprises three types of subunits, VP1, VP2, and VP3, a total of 60 copies in a ratio of 1:1:8 (VP1:VP2:VP3). For the application of AAV2 vector in gene therapy, the determination of total capsid titer is essential, accurate characterization and quantification of purified AAV2 particle product represent a critical step for clinical application. GenScript Anti-AAV2 (intact particle) Antibody (2C4), mAb, Mouse is produced from cell culture in vitro under conditions free from animal-derived components.
Supplier: Genscript
Description: The product is specific for Atezolizumab. The antibody is recommended as a detection antibody in a pharmacokinetic (PK) bridging assay with capture antibody GenScript, A01948-40, Anti-Atezolizumab Antibody (10G9), mAb, Mouse.
Supplier: Genscript
Description: AmMag MR magnetic separation rack enables mid-scale separation of magnetic beads. The rack is designed to separate paramagnetic beads from solutions contained in 15 mL or 50 mL tubes.

Supplier: Genscript
Description: Dupilumab with trade name dupixent, is an FDA-approved drug for the treatment of patients aged six years and older with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis. It is a human monoclonal antibody. Dupilumab binds to the interleukin-4 receptor alpha (IL-4R alpha) subunit shared by the interleukin (IL)-4 and IL-13 receptor complexes, thereby inhibiting IL-4 and IL-13 signaling. Anti-Dupilumab Antibody (6C9), mAb, Mouse is produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of partner and B-lymphocytes obtained from a mouse immunized with dupilumab.
Supplier: Genscript
Description: SARS-CoV-2 (Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2) is a positive-sense single-stranded RNA virus. It caused coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). The B.1.1.529 variant was first reported to WHO from South Africa on 24 November 2021. WHO has designated B.1.1.529 as a VOC, named Omicron. SARS-CoV-2 contains glycosylated spike (S) protein, which is composed of S1 subunit and S2 subunit. The S1 contains a receptor-binding domain (RBD) that can bind to ACE2 receptor on target cells. Neutralizing antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 can block the interaction between SARS-CoV-2 RBD and ACE2. The blocking ability of SARS-CoV-2 neutralizing antibodies is affected by the quantity. This standard product is intended for the calibration of SARS-CoV-2 Omicron neutralizing antibodies. It can be used in the assessment and development of assays for the detection and quantitation of SARS-CoV-2 Omicron neutralizing antibodies. The neutralizing antibody standard binds to multiple neutralizing epitopes in the receptor-binding domain.
