Catalog Number: (102981-516)

Supplier:  Adipogen
Description:   Mouse CD275 (B7-H2) is a member of the growing B7 family of immune costimulatory proteins. CD275 has been identified as the ligand for ICOS, a member of the CD28 family of co-stimulatory receptors. Mouse CD275 is expressed on resting B cells and at low levels on monocytes. The CD275/ICOS interaction appears to play roles in T cell dependent B cell activation and Th differentiation.
Catalog Number: (102979-342)

Supplier:  Adipogen
Description:   CD273 (B7-DC; PD-L2) is a type I surface molecule with homology to CD80, CD86, CD274. It is expressed primarily by dendritic cells and provides a stimulatory signal to CD279 (PD-1; programmed death molecule) which has an important immunoregulatory role by downregulating the T cell response. CD273 binds to CD279 (PD-1) with a 2-6 fold higher affinity than CD274.
Catalog Number: (102513-216)

Supplier:  Adipogen
Description:   Human CD137 (4-1BB) is expressed on activated T cells within 24-48 hours of activation. CD137 is a type I membrane protein and a member of the TNF receptor superfamily. CD137 appears to be important for T cell proliferation and survival and induces monocyte activation.

Description:   Jagged-2 is a putative Notch ligand involved in the mediation of Notch signaling, that can induce stromal cells to secrete IL-6, VEGF and IGF-1. Notch activation can interact with NF-kappaB and C-myc to promote the proliferation and to inhibit the apoptosis of MM cells, showing in the relationship between the incidence of myeloma and drug resistance. Jagged-2 is also involved in limb development.

Description:   Antibiotic UK-1 is a potent anti-cancer compound.

Supplier:  Adipogen
Description:   Human CD14 is strongly expressed on myelomonocyte lineage cells including monocytes, macrophages and a subset of granulocytes. CD14 is a high affinity receptor for complexes of lipopolysaccharide and lipopolysaccharide binding protein. A soluble form of CD14 also binds to LPS and LBP.

Supplier:  Adipogen
Description:   Human CD11b (alpha M integrin) complexes with CD18 (beta 2 integrin) to form the complement receptor type 3 (CR3) heterodimer which binds to ICAM-1, fibrinogen, C3b and coagulation factor X. CD11b expression is restricted to leukocytes, mainly to myeloid and NK cells.

Supplier:  Adipogen
Description:   Human CD155 (Polio Virus Receptor, PVR, Necl-5) is a 70kd type I Ig superfamily molecule. It is involved in formation of intracellular junctions between epithelial cells. Its ligands include CD226 (DNAM-1), and CD96 (TACTILE). CD155 expression by tumor has been shown to be upregulated by nitric oxide. A soluble version of CD155 has been shown to exist. High CD155 expression has recently been exploited to use engineered poliovirus to treat glioblastoma.

Supplier:  Adipogen
Description:   Interleukin-21 (IL-21) is a key factor in the transition between innate and adaptive immune responses secreted by activated T cells. The IL-21 receptor (IL-21R) is expressed in lymphoid tissue, in particular by NK, B, T and dendritic cells, macrophages and endothelial cells. Recent evidence suggests that IL-21 plays a supportive role in the proliferation of T and B cells and influences the cytolytic activity of natural killer cells. IL-21 has been shown to up-regulate genes associated with innate immunity and to inhibit the differentiation of naïve T helper cells. IL-21 specifically inhibits IFN-gamma production from developing TH1 cells and is preferentially expressed by TH2 cells. Furthermore IL-21 has been identified as a growth and survival factor for human myeloma cells. IL-21/IL-21R interactions have a unique role in sequentially activating both innate and adaptive immune responses against poorly immunogenic tumors, leading to tumor rejection that is perforin dependent but IFN-gamma independent.

Description:   The LTbetaR activates two different NF-kappaB pathways that lead to distinct patterns of gene induction, including selected chemokines and the cytokine BAFF, which is essential for the survival of mature B lymphocytes. LTbetaR activates the classical NF-kappaB (relA/p50) pathway, like the type 1 TNF receptor (TNFR1), that regulates proinflammatory genes, like the chemokine MIP1beta. However, LTbetaR, unlike TNFR1, also activates the processing of p100 to form RelB/p52 complexes, which activate genes involved in lymphoid organ formation and lymphocyte survival.

Description:   Human CD134 (OX40; ACT35) is an activation-associated antigen which is predominantly expressed on activated CD4 positive cells. CD134 antigen is a member of the TNF receptor family of molecules and may be involved with regulating T cell-dependent B cell proliferation and differentiation.

Supplier:  Adipogen
Description:   ANGPTL4 mainly expressed in endothelial cells (hypoxia-induced). Regulates angiogenesis and modulates tumorgenesis and directly regulates lipid, glucose, and energy metabolism. Inhibits proliferation, migration, and tubule formation of endothelial cells and reduces vascular leakage.

Supplier:  Adipogen
Description:   Expression of human CD25 (the alpha subunit of the IL-2 receptor complex) is dramatically upregulated on activated T cells, B cells, NK cells and macrophages. Antibodies to CD25 are being studied for potential use as an immunodirected therapy to selectively attack (kill) CD25 expressing cells.

Supplier:  Adipogen
Description:   TRAIL-R3 is a receptor for the cytotoxic ligand TRAIL. It lacks a cytoplasmic death domain and hence is not capable of inducing apoptosis. Protects cells against TRAIL mediated apoptosis by competing with TRAIL-R1 and R2 for binding to the ligand.
Supplier:  Adipogen
Description:   Cladospirone bisepoxide is a germination inhibitor.
