Description:
IL-17E is a disulfide-linked homodimer of two 145 amino acid polypeptide chains. It belongs to the IL-17 family of structurally-related cytokines that share a highly conserved C-terminal region, but differ from one another in their N-terminal regions and in their distinct biological roles. The six known members of this family, IL-17A through IL-17F, are secreted as homodimers. IL-17E stimulates secretion of IL-8, and induces activation of the transcription factor NF-κB in cells that express the IL-17BR receptor. Recombinant Human IL-17E is a 33.8 kDa disulfide-linked homodimer of two 146 amino acid polypeptide chains.

Description:
IL-1beta is a proinflammatory cytokine produced in a variety of cells including monocytes, tissue macrophages, keratinocytes and other epithelial cells. Both IL-1alpha and IL-1beta binds to the same receptor and has similar if not identical biological properties. These cytokines have a broad range of activities including, stimulation of thymocyte proliferation, by inducing IL-2 release, B-cell maturation and proliferation, mitogenic FGF-like activity and the ability to stimulate the release of prostaglandin and collagenase from synovial cells. However, whereas IL-1beta is a secreted cytokine, IL-1alpha is predominantly a cell-associated cytokine. Recombinant rat IL-1beta is a 17.3 kDa protein containing 153 amino acid residues. Recombinant murine IL-1beta is a 17.5 kDa protein containing 153 amino acid residues. Recombinant human IL-1beta is a 17.3 kDa protein containing 153 amino acid residues.

Description:
Triggering Receptor Expressed on Myeloid Cells-Like Protein 1 (TREML1) is a single-pass type I membrane protein. TREML1 precursor contains a 15 amino acid signal peptide, a 147 amino acid extracellular domain with an Ig-like V-type (immunoglobulin-like) domain, and 128 amino acid cytoplasmic domain. It can be expressed exclusively in platelets and megakaryocytes (MKs). It is a cell surface receptor that may play a role in the innate and adaptive immune response. TREML1 Sequestered in cytoplasmic vesicles in resting platelets. TREML1 be transported to the cell surface after stimulation by thrombin. Soluble fragments can be released into the serum by proteolysis. The phosphorylated TREML1 can interact with PTPN6 and PTPN11. TREML1 may participate in maintaining vascular hemostasis and regulating coagulation and inflammation at sites of injury.

Description:
RAP2B belongs to a family of RAS-related GTP-binding proteins. RAP proteins share approximately 50% amino acid identity with the classical RAS proteins and have numerous structural features in common. However, at their 61st amino acid the glutamine in RAS proteins is replaced by threonine in RAP proteins. RAP2A interacts with phospholipase C, epsilon 1 (PLCE1).
