Catalog Number: (89270-286)

Supplier:  Genetex
Description:   Rabbit polyclonal antibody to SLC12A1 (N-terminal)
Supplier:  Bioss
Description:   Pore-forming (alpha) subunit of voltage-gated rapidly inactivating A-type potassium channels. May contribute to I(To) current in heart and I(Sa) current in neurons. Channel properties are modulated by interactions with other alpha subunits and with regulatory subunits.

Supplier:  Bioss
Description:   KCNK9 or TASK-3 (TWIK-related Acid sensitive K+ channel) is a member of the potassium channel family of proteins that contain two-pore domain and four transmembrane domains. These channels are characterized as leak K+ channels that are sensitive to changes in the extracellular pH. The physiological functions of TASK channels are largely unknown; it has been proposed that they may be involved in the regulation of breathing, aldosterone secretion and anesthetic-mediated neuronal activity. They were found to act in neurons' membrane potential and in resting K+ currents.
Catalog Number: (77439-184)

Supplier:  Bioss
Description:   Interacts with the cytoplasmic tail of NMDA receptor subunits and shaker-type potassium channels. Required for synaptic plasticity associated with NMDA receptor signaling. Overexpression or depletion of DLG4 changes the ratio of excitatory to inhibitory synapses in hippocampal neurons. May reduce the amplitude of ASIC3 acid-evoked currents by retaining the channel intracellularly. May regulate the intracellular trafficking of ADR1B (By similarity).
Catalog Number: (103286-450)

Supplier:  Novus Biologicals
Description:   The KCNT2 Antibody from Novus Biologicals is a rabbit polyclonal antibody to KCNT2. This antibody reacts with human. The KCNT2 Antibody has been validated for the following applications: Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry / Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin.
Supplier:  Rockland Immunochemical

Supplier:  Adipogen
Description:   Used in the Seyferth-Gilbert homologation which is a chemical reaction of an aryl ketone or aldehyde with dimethyl- or diazomethyl-phosphonate and potassium tert-butoxide to give substituted alkynes.
Catalog Number: (10101-116)

Supplier:  Prosci
Description:   KCNIP1 is a member of the family of voltage-gated potassium (Kv) channel-interacting proteins (KCNIPs), which belong to the recoverin branch of the EF-hand superfamily. Members of the KCNIP family are small calcium binding proteins. They all have EF-hand-like domains, and differ from each other in the N-terminus. They are integral subunit components of native Kv4 channel complexes. They may regulate A-type currents, and hence neuronal excitability, in response to changes in intracellular calcium. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variant encoding different isoforms.

Supplier:  Genetex
Description:   Mouse monoclonal antibody [AT4C3] to KCTD15
Supplier:  Bioss
Description:   Regulates voltage-gated potassium channels assembled from KCNA1, KCNA4 and KCNAB1. It slows down channel inactivation by precluding channel closure mediated by the KCNAB1 subunit. Ligand for ADAM22 that positively regulates synaptic transmission mediated by AMPA-type glutamate receptors (By similarity). Plays a role in suppressing the production of MMP1/3 through the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/ERK pathway. May play a role in the control of neuroblastoma cell survival.

Supplier:  Bioss
Description:   The muscarinic acetylcholine receptor mediates various cellular responses, including inhibition of adenylate cyclase, breakdown of phosphoinositides and modulation of potassium channels through the action of G proteins. Primary transducing effect is Pi turnover.

Supplier:  Rockland Immunochemical
Description:   Secondary Goat Anti-IgG (H&L) Reacts with Mouse
Supplier:  Rockland Immunochemical
Description:   Secondary Rabbit Anti-IgG F(c) Reacts with Guinea Pig
