Supplier:  Southern Biotechnology
Description:   CD14 is a 55 kDa glycosphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored single chain glycoprotein. It is expressed on monocytes, macrophages, dendritic cells, and Langerhans cells. It is also weakly expressed on neutrophils. CD14 appears to be involved in clearance of gram-negative bacteria via its high affinity binding to LPS-LPB complexes.
Supplier:  Southern Biotechnology
Description:   Rat IgG1-PE for use as a control in flow cytometry assays.

Supplier:  Southern Biotechnology
Description:   CD11b (integrin αM subunit) combines with CD18 (integrin β2 subunit) to form the integrin Mac-1, also known as complement receptor 3 (CR3), which mediates adhesion to C3bi and ICAM-1 (CD54). Mac-1 is expressed at varying levels on granulocytes, macrophages, dendritic cells, NK cells, and B-1 cells in the peritoneal and pleural cavities. In addition to its role in binding C3bi on opsonized targets and mediation of the subsequent ingestion process, Mac-1 is important as an adhesion molecule in the transendothelial migration of monocytes and neutrophils.
Supplier:  Southern Biotechnology
Description:   CD24, also known as heat stable antigen, is a phosphatidylinositol-linked cell surface glycoprotein that is expressed at all stages of B cell development and on most thymocytes. The absence of expression from mature T cells is closely associated with their maturation from CD4+CD8+CD24+ thymocytes to either CD4+CD8-CD24- or CD4-CD8+CD24- T cells. CD24 is also present on mouse granulocytes, monocytes, Langerhans cells and erythrocytes. Its ligand is P-selectin (CD62P). CD24 may play a role in regulation of B cell proliferation and differentiation, and it has been proposed that heat stable antigen promotes homotypic adhesion between B lymphocytes.
Supplier:  Southern Biotechnology
Description:   Goat F(ab')2 Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L)-HRP antibody with minimal reactivity to human proteins for use in ELISA, immunohistochemistry / immunocytochemistry, western blotting, and ELISpot assays.
Supplier:  Southern Biotechnology
Description:   CD3ε, a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily of cell surface receptors, is comprised of five invariable chains ranging in size from 16-28 kDa and is closely associated with the T cell antigen receptor (TCR). CD3ε is expressed on all T cells of all mouse strains. CD3 plays a major role in signaling during antigen recognition, leading to T-cell activation. 500-A2 recognizes an epitope on the 25 kDa ε chain of the CD3/TCR complex of mouse strains tested.
Supplier:  Southern Biotechnology
Description:   In the mouse, CD8 exists in two forms – (i) a CD8 heterodimer composed of an α chain (CD8α) and a β chain (CD8β); and (ii) a homodimer of two α chains. The heterodimer is found on the surface of essentially all thymocytes and the “suppressor/cytotoxic” subpopulation of mature T lymphocytes. Subsets of intestinal intraepithelial lymphocytes express CD8α without CD8β. It has been suggested that CD8+β- T cells mature extrathymically, while development of the CD8α+β+ population of T cells is thymus-dependent. CD8 acts as a coreceptor with MHC Class I-restricted T cell receptors in antigen recognition and positive selection of MHC class I-restricted CD8+ T cells. In vivo and in vitro treatment with the 53-6.7 monoclonal antibody effectively depletes CD8α+ cells. The 53-6.7 monoclonal antibody also blocks allogeneic help specific for class I MHC antigens and T cell responses to IL-2.
Supplier:  Southern Biotechnology
Description:   PE Anti-Mouse IgE antibody for use in flow cytometry assays.
Supplier:  Southern Biotechnology
Description:   CD8 is a 33 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein expressed as either a CD8αα homodimer or CD8αβ heterodimer. It is expressed on the “cytotoxic/suppressor” subpopulation of peripheral T cells. CD8 functions primarily as a coreceptor with MHC class I-restricted TCR’s in antigen recognition.

Supplier:  Southern Biotechnology
Description:   Rabbit Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L)-AP antibody with minimal reactivity to human proteins for use in ELISA, immunocytochemistry, and western blotting assays.
Supplier:  Southern Biotechnology
Description:   The monoclonal antibody 36-7-5 reacts with the H-2Kk MHC class I alloantigen. Cross-reactivity with splenocytes of SJL/Hsd mice has been observed by flow cytometry. The antibody does not react with other (e.g., b, d, q) haplotypes.

Supplier:  Southern Biotechnology
Description:   Goat Anti-Human IgA-HRP antibody for use in ELISA, immunohistochemistry / immunocytochemistry, western blotting, immunoprecipitation, and ELISpot assays.

Supplier:  Southern Biotechnology
Description:   CD4 is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on approximately 70% of thymocytes, 10% of spleen cells, and 45% of peripheral blood lymphocytes but less than 1% of bursal cells.
